1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Shipping charges for orders below ₹999 will be calculated at checkout
3. International Shipping (US, Canada & Other Countries)
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
- International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our courier partner's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India and select international destinations including the United States and Canada.
6. Delays ZONERO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
